another for those who have no representation or are represented by other agents. Anyone is
welcome to join the list, but you must, of course, have an email address to do so. To be

The information provided is industry-related only: acting and
industry seminars, open call auditions (for all media and stage projects), news, meetings,
film festivals, screenings, Film Commisson news, etc. No spam, jokes,
sales or personal messages will be forwarded, and we reserve the exclusive right
to determine what information will be sent in these mailings. I will only post information
from those who I believe to be reputable industry professionals who have pertinent
information for actors.

As a full-service agency, LMT also represents voiceover talent. For
several years now we've led the marketplace in providing voiceover clips on our website.
Recently we converted all our clips to MP3, since that format is more universally accepted
than the format we previously used. You can listen to the clips by
clicking on the links on the left.
This service, as well as inclusion in our online headbook and providing each client with
his own web page, is provided to our clients at absolutely no cost whatsoever.
These are acting coaches that have proven themselves in the industry
as effective and knowledgeable. All are wonderful.

A cell phone is a must. When you're selected for an
audition, you must be confirmed immediately or you'll lose your
audition time. It isn't important which wireless company you use, as long as
you have voicemail on your cellular service.
LMT receives no financial compensation whatsoever from
any wireless (cellular) service. Our only interest is your having a
reliable means to receive notification of auditions, etc, that
doesn't take a great deal of our time.
Each LMT client has his own personal web page in our
Online Headbook section. If your headshot doesn't appear, it means that either
we made a mistake (quite possible!) or that your photo isn't of the quality
that we can scan it for the web. We didn't mean to overlook anyone, so if
you're an active LMT client (that is, we have a supply of your headshots and
resumes, and we know how to contact you) you should have a web page on our
site. There are some people who have become "inactive" because they
don't have headshots and/or resumes, or because we've been unable to contact
them for some time. If this isn't the case, please notify the office and we'll
check it out.
We provide a "thumbnail" headbook, with small
photos so as to keep the size of the download to a minimum. The four thumbnail
headbooks (men, women, children and teens) can be found on the headbook page.
We'll be updating the online headbook on a regular basis.
Next to your photo, there is a button that enables
viewing of your scanned resume. If your resume doesn't appear, it may be
because we don't have a copy of your current resume. Please understand that we
will remove (or attempt to remove) any personal contact information that you
may have on your resume. This includes phone numbers, pager numbers, social
security numbers and addresses. DO NOT put this type of information on your
resume - it is both unprofessional and dangerous.

There is no charge to LMT clients for inclusion in the
online headbook. It's our firm belief that agencies that charge their clients
for services they provide (other than actual out-of-pocket expenses that are
documented by receipts) are treading dangerously close to a situation that
could be considered illegal under Texas' talent agency laws. The only fee this
agency charges is the standard commission for work the agency arranges for
you. If anyone -- an agency or a photographer or anyone else -- asks for a fee
to publish your picture on the web or in a book, look at the deal very, very
carefully and be sure you're getting a good deal for your money. There have
been more actors burned on the "headbook scam" (you know the pitch
-- "your headshot will be sent to more than 75,000 Hollywood casting
directors!") than any other scam in the business (and there are quite a
few!)

CLIENTS - TO UPDATE HEADSHOT,
RESUMES, and/or VOICEOVER DEMOS:
You must send resume and headshot updates
via email . Please limit
the size of headshot files to 640
x 480 pixels. Email pictures in
jpg form only. To update your resume, please email updates in a Word
document or RTF file only. To update your voiceover demo, email them mp3
files, no longer than 1-2 minutes . If
you are not a client, please refer to the home page for the submission
process.
Some of you have home pages on the World Wide Web. If you'd like us
to include a link from here, send us your URL. Or, if you know of a link that would be of
general interest to our clients, please forward it as well. This is for LMT clients or for
industry-related sites only, please.
Please note that although we provide
information on classes, products and services that we feel may be of interest to our
clients, LMT receives NO financial compensation from the firms offering the products and
services. Our intent is simply to inform our clients of opportunities that may be of
interest, and it's up to you to determine whether the product or service suites your needs
and is a good value.
